Third Mezzanine Loan Agreement definition

Third Mezzanine Loan Agreement means that certain Mezzanine Loan and Security Agreement (Third Mezzanine), dated as of the date hereof, between Third Mezzanine Borrower, as borrower, and Third Mezzanine Lender, as lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Third Mezzanine Loan Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Third Mezzanine Loan Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Third Mezzanine Lenders and Third Mezzanine Borrower, as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
Third Mezzanine Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
