Mezzanine C Borrower definition

Mezzanine C Borrower means individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, each of the Persons listed on Schedule IX hereto, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine C Borrower means CPLV Mezz 3 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine C Borrower shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Borrower” in the Mezzanine C Loan Agreement.

• Upon such Mezzanine E Contribution, Mezzanine D Borrower will in turn make a contribution in the same amount to Mezzanine C Borrower (the “Mezzanine E Mezz D Contribution”).

• Upon such Mezzanine E Mezz D Contribution, Mezzanine C Borrower will in turn make a contribution in the same amount to Mezzanine B Borrower (the “Mezzanine E Mezz C Contribution”).
