Metal Tier definition

Metal Tier means a category of health plan— Catastrophic (Minimum Coverage). Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — based on the percentage the plan pays of the average overall cost of providing essential health benefits to members. Catastrophic or Minimum Coverage does not cover any benefits other than three primary care visits per year before the deductible is met. The percentages the plans will spend, on average, are 60% (Bronze), 70% (Silver), 80% (Gold), and 90% (Platinum).
Metal Tier means a level of coverage described in paragraph 1.26.
Metal Tier means the level of coverage, in relation to actuarial value, as defined by the ACA and the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

  • Step 1: Set Metal Tier The user enters the desired metal tier for the calculation, and the AV Calculator selects the corresponding continuance tables for use in all remaining steps of the calculation.

  • Certificate Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Certificate, the percentage specified on such Certificate as the Certificate Percentage Interest, which percentage represents the beneficial interest of such Certificate in the Trust. The initial Certificate Percentage Interest held by the Depositor shall be 100%.

  • Average Invested Assets means, for a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of the Company invested, directly or indirectly, in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments secured by real estate before reserves for depreciation or bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.

It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.
