Mental health division definition

Mental health division means the mental health divi- sion of the Washington state department of social and health services (DSHS). DSHS has designated the mental health division as the state mental health authority to administer the state and medicaid funded mental health program authorized by chapters 71.05, 71.24, and 71.34 RCW.
