Examples of member of the Tribunal in a sentence
Any member of the Tribunal may attach his individual opinion to the award, whether he dissents from the majority or not, or a statement of his dissent.
The third member of the Tribunal shall be appointed as soon as practicable (and no later than 28 days) after the appointment of the two party-appointed arbitrators.
None of the members of the Committee shall have been a member of the Tribunal which rendered the award, shall be of the same nationality as any such member, shall be a national of the State party to the dispute or of the State whose national is a party to the dispute, shall have been designated to the Panel of Arbitrators by either of those States, or shall have acted as a conciliator in the same dispute.
The authorised employee or member of the Tribunal must, on request, produce identification showing that he or she is authorised to conduct the inspection.
A person chosen to act as a sitting member of the Tribunal who has a conflict of interest in relation to an application under subsection (2) or (2a) before, or about to come before, the Tribunal must disclose the nature of the conflict to each party concerned in the proceeding.
