Member Loan Rate definition

Member Loan Rate means five percent (5%) per annum, compounded annually.
Member Loan Rate means a rate of interest per annum equal to the greater of (A) twelve percent (12%), or (B) six percent (6%) plus the then current Prime Rate (or the maximum lesser rate permitted by Applicable Law, if any), in each case, compounding monthly.
Member Loan Rate means twenty percent (20%) per annum compounded monthly.

Examples of Member Loan Rate in a sentence

  • Such distributions shall be applied first to outstanding interest at the Member Loan Rate and then to outstanding principal under the Member Loan.

  • Member Loans shall earn interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof through the date of repayment at a rate equal to the Member Loan Rate from the date deemed to have been advanced.

  • Member Loan Rate means the rate of interest equal to the Prime Rate as reported in the Wall Street Journal plus two (2) percent, changing when and as such Prime Rate changes.

  • If such payments exceed the amount of distributions such Member would otherwise have received from the Company, such Member shall be obligated to return such excess payments to the Company, plus interest at the Member Loan Rate from the date of such excess payments.

  • For purposes of this Company Agreement, each change in the Member Loan Rate shall take effect on the published date of the change in the Prime Rate.

  • If the Prime Rate is no longer published in the Wall Street Journal, for any reason, then the Member Loan Rate shall be the Prime Rate (or comparable base rate on corporate loans) as reported in a widely recognized business publication with national U.S. circulation that is selected by the Member then making the Member Loan.

Member Loan Rate. As defined in Section 5.01(B)(iii) of this Agreement.
Member Loan Rate means a rate of interest equal to 15% per annum, compounded monthly; provided, however, that in no event shall the rate of interest exceed the maximum rate of interest permitted by applicable law.

Related to Member Loan Rate

  • Net Loan Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Loan Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the related Servicing Fee Rate and the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Loan Rate for any Mortgage Loan and on any day means the per annum rate of interest applicable under the related Credit Line Agreement to the calculation of interest for the day on the Asset Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Rate means, as of any date of determination, the weighted average of the Note A Rate and the Note B Rate.

  • Maximum Loan Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Loan Rate thereunder.

  • Outstanding Loan Balance means the principal amount of your full-time Direct Loans outstanding at any time, including any Canada Student Grant amount(s) converted to a Direct Loan, together with all interest on those amounts.

  • Funding Loan means the Funding Loan in the original maximum principal amount of $ made by Funding Lender to Governmental Lender under the Funding Loan Agreement, the proceeds of which are used by the Governmental Lender to make the Borrower Loan.

  • Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Prepayment Rate means the bond equivalent yield (in the secondary market) on the United States Treasury Security that as of the Prepayment Rate Determination Date has a remaining term to maturity closest to, but not exceeding, the remaining term to the Maturity Date, as most recently published in the "Treasury Bonds, Notes and Bills" section in The Wall Street Journal as of the date of the related tender of the payment. If more than one issue of United States Treasury Securities has the remaining term to the Maturity Date referred to above, the "Prepayment Rate" shall be the yield on the United States Treasury Security most recently issued as of such date. If the publication of the Prepayment Rate in The Wall Street Journal is discontinued, Lender shall determine the Prepayment Rate on the basis of "Statistical Release H.15(519), Selected Interest Rates," or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or on the basis of such other publication or statistical guide as Lender may reasonably select. "PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Note A Rate means the Note A Rate set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the Facility Repayment Date.

  • Prepayment Penalty Amount With respect to any Remittance Date, all prepayment penalties, penalty or yield maintenance premiums or charges paid by the obligors under the Mortgage Notes due to Principal Prepayments collected by the Servicer during the immediately preceding Prepayment Period.
