Medium Duty definition

Medium Duty shall refer to Classes 5, 6 and 7 Chassis Cab Trucks with a GVWR between 16,001 and 33,000 lbs. “Model Year (MY)” shall mean the year used to designate a discrete Chassis Cab or Truck Body model, irrespective of the calendar year in which the Chassis Cab or Truck Body was actually produced, provided that the production period does not exceed 24 months.
Medium Duty means any towed vehicle with a GVWR between 10,001 to 26,000 pounds;
Medium Duty means the same in 20.11.104 NMAC as it is defined in CHSC, Section 39037.5.
