Towed Vehicle definition

Towed Vehicle means a Vehicle or any part thereof towed or otherwise conveyed by a Tow Truck, under an agreement between the Owner of the Vehicle to be towed and the Driver or Owner of a Tow Truck;
Towed Vehicle means a trailer as defined in Article 3(9) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 or an interchangeable towed equipment as defined in Article 3(10) of that Regulation;
Towed Vehicle means a vehicle that has been towed or otherwise conveyed by a tow truck;
