Medical Director Agreement definition

Medical Director Agreement means the Medical Director Agreement by and between the Company and a medical director approved by the Board of Directors.
Medical Director Agreement means an agreement between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and a physician responsible for professional medical director services at a Dialysis Facility as required by Medicare Regulations or Medicaid Regulations.
