Meadowlark Business Park Plan definition

Meadowlark Business Park Plan means the Urban Renewal Plan for the Meadowlark Business Park Urban Renewal Project, which was approved and adopted by the Town pursuant to Resolution No. 15-R-69 on October 13, 2015, as it may be amended or supplemented in accordance with the Act and this Agreement.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.

  • Operating Company has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).
