Maximum European Subline Amount definition

Maximum European Subline Amount on any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of $50,000,000 and (b) an amount equal to the (i) the U.S. Borrowing Base on such date of determination minus (ii) the U.S. Revolver Exposure on such date of determination; it being acknowledged and agreed that at no time can the sum of the Maximum European Subline Amount plus the U.S. Revolver Exposure on such date of determination exceed the Maximum U.S./European Facility Amount in effect at such time. Maximum Facility Amount: $150,000,000, or such greater or lesser amount as shall then be in effect after giving effect to any increase or reduction in the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.1.4.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Total Revolving Credit Exposure means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Revolving Lender at such time.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Maximum Revolving Loan Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment(s) of all Lenders minus the Letter of Credit Reserve and (b) the Borrowing Base minus the Letter of Credit Reserve.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($150,000,000).

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure means the aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Revolving Credit Exposures.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study. Maximum State of Charge:
