'Maximum Caseload definition

'Maximum Caseload means the maximum number of Participants nominated by the Provider for each Site for which it is able to provide Services at any one time, excluding Suspended Participants. ‘Minister’ has the same meaning as in the Act.

  • The Department may contact a Provider if they are under their Maximum Caseload and do not have appointments available.

  • A site’s Maximum Caseload can be changed during the course of the Grant Agreement; however agreement from the Department will be required to lower a site’s Maximum Caseload.

  • The Provider must nominate its Maximum Caseload (which may be "unlimited") for each Site through the grant application process.

  • One of the Employees owning or considered as owning within the meaning of Section 318 of the Internal Revenue Code, as modified by Section 416(i)(1)(B)(iii) of the Code, the largest interests in the Company, unless such Employee receives Compensation from the Employer which is less than $30,000 per year, or the maximum dollar limitation under Section 415(c)(1)(A) of the Code, as in effect for the calendar year in which the Determination Date falls.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).

  • Maximum Drawing Amount means the maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.

  • Maximum Available Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the lesser of:

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.
