MART Trust Agreement definition

MART Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of October 1, 1999, between MMCA, as beneficiary, and Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A., a national banking association (as successor to Chase Manhattan Bank Delaware), as trustee, relating to the Seller, as from time to time amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect.
