Manner of Delivery definition

Manner of Delivery. On the Purchase Date, Seller shall deliver the Purchased Securities in physical, definitive form to Buyer (or its agent). On the Repurchase Date, Buyer shall deliver the Purchased Securities in physical, definitive form to Seller. All payments and deliveries under this “Manner of Delivery” provision shall be made on a delivery versus payment basis.

Related to Manner of Delivery

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
