Listed Class of Units definition

Listed Class of Units means a class of Units of a Sub-Fund which is listed on either the SEHK or any other Recognised Stock Exchange.
Listed Class of Units means a class of Units of the Sub-Fund which is listed on the SEHK.

  • The Listed Class of Units have been accepted as eligible securities by Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (“HKSCC”) for deposit, clearing and settlement in the Central Clearing and Settlement System (“CCASS”).

  • Buying and Selling of Units on the SEHK All investors can buy and sell Units in Trading Board Lot Size (as described in the section headed “Summary” under the sub-section “Key information applicable to Listed Class of Units only”) or whole multiples thereof like ordinary listed stocks through an intermediary such as a stockbroker or through any of the share dealing services offered by banks or other financial advisers at any time the SEHK is open.

  • Units in the Sub-Fund are continuously offered through a Participating Dealer, who may apply for them during the initial offer period for Listed Class of Units and thereafter following the Listing Date on any Dealing Day for its own account or for your account as their client(s), in accordance with the Operating Guidelines, by submitting a Creation Application to the Registrar (with a copy to the Manager).

  • The ongoing charges figure of the Sub-Fund is the sum of anticipated charges to the Sub-Fund expressed as a percentage of the Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund as set out in the product key facts statement in respect of the Listed Class of Units of the Sub-Fund.

  • Investors should note that certain fees and expenses are applicable only to Listed Class of Units, and certain other fees and expenses are applicable only to Unlisted Class(es) of Units.

  • Creation of Units through a Participating Dealer Any application for the creation of Units of the Sub-Fund must only be made through a Participating Dealer in respect of an Application Unit Size as set out in the section headed “Summary” under the sub-section “Key Information applicable to Listed Class of Units only”.

  • Fees and expenses payable by the Sub-Fund (applicable to both Listed Class of Units and Unlisted Class(es) of Units) Management fee The Sub-Fund employs a single management fee structure.

  • Dealings in the Listed Class of Units have commenced on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”).

  • The Application Unit Size is set out in the section headed “Summary” under the sub-section “Key information applicable to Listed Class of Units only”.

Related to Listed Class of Units

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • principal class of shares means the class or classes of shares representing a majority of the voting power and value of the company;

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Company Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Company Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Qualifying Capital Securities means securities (other than Common Stock, rights to acquire Common Stock and securities convertible into Common Stock) that, in the determination of the Corporation’s Board of Directors reasonably construing the definitions and other terms of this Replacement Capital Covenant, meet one of the following criteria:
