Demand Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.6.

Subscription Suspension Event means the delivery by the Issuer of a notice in writing to each Authorised Participant, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Determination Agent pursuant to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement stating that with effect from the date specified in such notice subscription of the ETP Securities shall be so suspended.
End of Suspension Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(f)(ii).
Suspension Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(a).
Long-term suspension means the removal of a student from the school premises and regular classroom activities for more than ten (10) consecutive school days, or for more than ten (10) school days cumulatively for multiple disciplinary offenses in any school year. A Principal/Designee may, in his or her discretion, allow a student to serve a long-term suspension in school. Removal solely from participation in extracurricular activities or school-sponsored events, or both, shall not count as removal in calculating school days. Except for students who are charged with a disciplinary offense set forth in subsections (a) or (b) of G.L. c. 71, §37 H, or in section 37H ½ of G.L. c. 71, no student may be placed on long-term suspension for one or more disciplinary offenses for more than ninety (90) school days in a school year beginning with the first day that the student is removed from school. No long-term suspension shall extend beyond the end of the school year in which such suspension is imposed.
Summary suspension means the immediate suspension of either a facility's license or program-specific certification or both by the department pending administrative proceedings for suspension, revocation, or other actions deemed necessary by the department.
Short-term suspension means any disciplinary action whereby a student is not permitted to attend school for a period not to exceed ten school days.
Covenant Suspension Event has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.19.
Provisional Suspension means the Athlete or other Person is barred temporarily from participating in any Competition or activity prior to the final decision at a hearing conducted under Article 8;
Suspension means a suspension pursuant to Education Law § 3214.
Suspension Notice As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.
Suspension Event has the meaning set forth in Section 1(f)(ii).
Off-the-Shelf Software means, with respect to any Person, all Software that is commercially available off-the-shelf Software that (i) has not been modified or customized for such Person, and (ii) is licensed to such Person for a one-time or annual fee of US$10,000 or less.
Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
Revocation or suspension notice means a board notification suspending a license for an indefinite or specified period of time or a notification revoking a license as required by the Act.
Operational Date means the date on which a union school district
Blackout Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(n).
disclosure period means the period commencing on 11 July 2016 (being the date 12 months prior to the commencement of the Offer Period) and ending on the Disclosure Date;
Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).
Final Date means the date on which the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have terminated, no Revolving Credit Loans shall be outstanding and the Letter of Credit Outstandings shall have been reduced to zero.
Lockout Period if applicable, is defined in the Note.
Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Note, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (a) the day on which such Note is first offered to persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S, notice of which day shall be promptly given by the Company to the Trustee, and (b) the date of issuance with respect to such Note or any predecessor of such Note.
Lock-out Period means the period from, and including, the day following the Interest Determination Date to, but excluding, the corresponding Interest Payment Date;
