Provisional Suspension definition

Provisional Suspension. – means that the Individual is barred temporarily from participating in in any capacity in any Event or activity of the NSO, PSA and its Member Organizations or as otherwise decided pursuant to the Discipline and Complaint Policy, prior to the decision rendered in a hearing conducted pursuant to that Policy.
Provisional Suspension means a Player or other person is barred temporarily from participating in any football or football activity prior to the final decision in respect of the relevant Anti-Doping Rule Violation at a Regulatory Commission hearing;
Provisional Suspension means that the person is suspended temporarily from participating in any competition or activity (or such lesser restriction as may be specified in the Provisional Suspension order).
