Life Threatening Medical Condition definition

Life Threatening Medical Condition means a medical condition suffered by the Insured Person which has the following characteristics:
Life Threatening Medical Condition means a condition which requires immediate treatment to avoid impairment to health and/or possible death, including loss of consciousness or respiratory function, severe convulsions, asphyxiation and similar conditions.

It is not necessary to prove that the person making the threat had the intent to actually carry out the threat. The present incarceration of the person making the threat is not a bar to prosecution under this section.

  • Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
