  • Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia.
