Legal dwelling definition

Legal dwelling means a building intended for occupancy as living quarters built prior [to] 1972 or that is properly permitted by the county.
Legal dwelling means any structure, manufactured home, or mobile home used and occupied for permanent human habitation or intended to be so used, that complies with all required county and/or HCD approvals and permits, including a “certificate of occupancyissued by the building department or a “mobile home installation acceptance” issued by HCD.
