LegacyCo LLC Agreement definition

LegacyCo LLC Agreement means the limited liability company agreement of LegacyCo, substantially in the form included in the Plan Supplement and which shall be in form and substance (i) acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Second Lien Creditors and consistent with the Restructuring Term Sheet and (ii) reasonably acceptable to the Exit Facility Agent.
