Legacy South State Directors Nominating Committee definition

Legacy South State Directors Nominating Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors comprised of all of the Legacy South State Directors who satisfy the independence requirements (and any other requirements) for nominating committee membership under the rules of the Designated Exchange.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Supervisory Board means the supervisory board of the Company.
