Laws of the Game means the official laws of the game of football and futsal as promulgated by FIFA;
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.

Laws means, collectively, all international, foreign, federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any Governmental Authority, in each case whether or not having the force of law.
State of Texas Textravel means Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
State of principal license means a member state where a physician holds a license to practice medicine and which has been designated as such by the physician for purposes of registration and participation in the Compact.
State of Incorporation means Delaware.
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;

University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.
Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
Professional license means any license, permit, certificate, registration, qualification, admission, temporary license, temporary permit, temporary certificate, or temporary registration that is described in divisions (W)(1) to (37) of this section and that qualifies a person as a professionally licensed person.
Practitioners in private practice means a practitioner who does not:
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;
Traineeship Agreement means an agreement made subject to the terms of this award between an employer and the trainee for a traineeship and which is registered with the appropriate state training authority, NETTFORCE, or under the provisions of the appropriate state legislation. A traineeship agreement shall be made in accordance with the relevant approved traineeship scheme and shall not operate unless this condition is met.
