Lae Contract Price definition

Lae Contract Price means the purchase price payable by the Lae Borrower to the Seller for the Lae Ship under the Lae Contract, being Fifty nine million Dollars ($59,000,000) or such other sum as is determined under the terms of the Lae Contract to be the purchase price of the Lae Ship thereunder;

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.

  • Contract Sum means the sum named in the letter of acceptance including Physical contingencies subject to such addition thereto or deduction there-from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.
