Kyran means Kyran Holdings Ltd, a company organised and existing under the laws of St. Vxxxxxx and the Grenadines. "Lien" means any mortgage, pledge, charge, privilege, priority, hypothecation, encumbrance, assignment, lien, attachment, set-off or other security interest of any kind or any other agreement or arrangement having the effect of conferring security upon or with respect to, or any segregation of or other preferential arrangement with respect to, any present or future assets, revenues or rights, including, any designation of loss payees or beneficiaries or any similar arrangement under any insurance policy.
