More Definitions of Future Assets

Future Assets shall have the meaning given to it in the Transfer of Title for Security Agreement set out in Annex 3. “Interest Payment Date” shall mean the last day of an Interest Period. “Interest Period” shall mean with respect to a disbursement under the Facility, a period of six months beginning on the date of such disbursement and ending according to the provisions of Article 4.1. b) below, whereby the first day of the Interest Period will not be counted for the calculation of the amount of interest in relation to such Interest Period.
