Keydata means Keydata Investment Services Limited;
Keydata s Compliance Officer” means the individual who, from prior to the start of the Relevant Period until 1 December 2008, was the compliance officer of Keydata and the holder of the CF10 (Compliance oversight) controlled function, and retained responsibility thereafter for Keydata’s dealings with the Authority in relation to the Products;
