Junior Loan Liabilities definition

Junior Loan Liabilities means the Mezzanine A Loan Liabilities, the Mezzanine B Loan Liabilities and the Mezzanine C Loan Liabilities, individually or collectively as the context may require.

  • Term Loan Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
