JET program definition

JET program means the jobs, education and training program administered by the Michigan economic development corporation or a successor entity for applicants and recipients of family independence program assistance or a successor program. A reference to the JET program means the PATH program.

  • The excavation to be carried-out under these specifications shall consists of furnishing all the tools, plants, labour and materials required in carrying out excavation of different materials.

  • A reference to the JET program means the PATH program.(m) "Payment standard" means the standard upon which family independence program assistance benefits are based.(n) "Program group" means a family and all those individuals living with a family whose income and assets are considered for purposes of determining financial eligibility for family independence program assistance, except as provided in section 57a(6).(o) "Recipient" means an individual receiving family independence program assistance.

  • A recipient who has medical documentation of being disabled or medical documentation of an inability to participate in employment or the JET program for more than 90 days because of a mental or physical condition.

  • The Basic Education system comprises of Kindergarten, Primary and Junior High School – that is schooling for children between the ages of 4 and 15 years.

  • If a recipient has cooperated with the JET program, the recipient may enroll in a program approved by the local workforce development board.

  • An individual with a documented mental or physical illness, limitation, or disability that does not severely restrict his or her ability to participate in the JET program shall be required to participate in the JET program at a medically permissible level.

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Service program or “service” means any medical care ambulance service or nontransport service that has received authorization by the department.

  • the Programme means the Government programme for delivery of smart metering in Great Britain. The Programme is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy, including establishing the commercial and regulatory framework to facilitate the roll-out;

  • DTC/FAST Program means the DTC’s Fast Automated Securities Transfer Program.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Grant program means the primary care and psychiatry shortage grant program under this section.

  • Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
