Jet Fuel Assets definition

Jet Fuel Assets means (a) the existing jet fuel inventory of the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’, or any Connection Carrier’s or SkyTeam Partner’s, operations in or pipelines in transit to Atlanta, Cincinnati and New York that is to be sold to the Jet Fuel Counterparty pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, or other jet fuel subject to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, (b) the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ rights in certain existing supply and third-party sale agreements to be assigned or assumed by the Jet Fuel Counterparty pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, (c) the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ rights in certain existing infrastructure agreements to be transferred to the Jet Fuel Counterparty pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement and (d) proceeds of the foregoing.

Jet Fuel Assets means (i) the existing jet fuel inventory of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’, or any Connection Carrier’s or SkyTeam Partner’s, operations in or pipelines in transit to Atlanta, Cincinnati and New York that is to be sold to J. Xxxx pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, or other jet fuel subject to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, (ii) Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ rights in certain existing supply and third-party sale agreements to be assigned or assumed by J. Xxxx pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement, and (iii) Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ rights in certain existing infrastructure agreements to be transferred to J. Xxxx pursuant to the Jet Fuel Inventory Supply Agreement.

  • Jet Fuel means aviation fuel, except for JP-8, Military Jet Fuel, which is kerosene based and meets

  • Mono-fuel gas vehicle means a mono fuel vehicle that primarily runs on LPG, NG/biomethane, or hydrogen but may also have a petrol system for emergency purposes or starting only, where the petrol tank does not contain more than 15 litres of petrol;

  • Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that is designed to run primarily on only one fuel at a time; however, the simultaneous use of both fuels is permitted in limited amount and duration.

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Mono-fuel vehicle means a vehicle that is designed to run primarily on one type of fuel.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Transportation equipment means 1 or more of the following:

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Fossil fuel-fired means, with regard to a unit:

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
