Existing Supply definition

Existing Supply has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.
Existing Supply shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Existing Supply in a sentence

  • Where at the time a User submits a Supply Point Confirmation which is not rejected by the CDSP, a Supply Point Withdrawal has been submitted by the Existing Registered User in respect of each Existing Supply Point, the Supply Point Confirmation shall be effective and the Supply Meter Points comprised in the Proposed Supply Point shall be registered in the name of the Proposing User with effect from the Proposed Supply Point Registration Date.

  • Restructuring Support Agreement means that certain Restructuring Support Agreement, made and entered into as of March 16, 2018, by and among the Debtors, the Consenting Creditors (as defined therein) party thereto from time to time, and the Consenting Sponsors (as defined therein) party thereto from time to time, as such may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • qualifying support means income support to which that person is entitled by virtue of paragraph 14B of Schedule 1B to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987; and

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3. Part I:

  • Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter.   • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Termination Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Manufacturing Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.

  • LETTER OF INTENT/FAX OF INTENT means intimation by a Fax/Letter to Tenderer(s) that the tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter.

  • Secondment Agreement means the secondment agreement between one or more members of the Vishay Group, as the seconding party, on the one hand, and one or more members of the VPG Group on the other hand, listed on Exhibit I, in the substantially in the forms attached to such Exhibit.   • Price Agreement means a definite quantity contract or indefinite quantity contract which requires the contractor to furnish items of tangible personal property, services or construction to a state agency or a local public body which issues a purchase order, if the purchase order is within the quantity limitations of the contract, if any.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) means routine activities performed around the home or in the community and includes the following:

  • Letter of Intent (LOI means an intimation by a letter to Bidder that their Tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter and hence to take preparatory steps and compliance of formalities to commence the work from the date desired by Owner.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Intercountry placement means the arrangement for the care of a child in an adoptive home or foster care placement into or out of the Commonwealth by a licensed child-placing agency, court, or other entity authorized to make such placements in accordance with the laws of the foreign country under which it operates.
