  • EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliates or persons or other business entities that are authorized by Licensor to distribute, support, or both distribute and support Program(s). Any Customer Support obligations of Licensor under this Agreement may be delegated to a Channel Partner at Licensor’s discretion.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • DMA means Designated Market Area as defined by A.C. Nielsen Company based upon viewing patterns and used by the Investing in Television BIA Market Report 2014 (1st edition). DMAs are ranked according to the number of households therein and are used by broadcasters, advertisers, and advertising agencies to aid in evaluating television audience size and composition.

  • Main-traveled way means the traveled way of a highway on which through traffic is carried. Main-traveled way includes the traveled way of each of the separate roadways for traffic in opposite directions on a divided highway. Main-traveled way does not include facilities such as frontage roads, turning roadways, or parking areas.

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.
