Janssen Calendar Quarter definition

Janssen Calendar Quarter means a financial quarter based on a Janssen Calendar Year; provided, however, that the first Janssen Calendar Quarter and the last Janssen Calendar Quarter may be partial quarters as applicable under the relevant Janssen Calendar Year.
Janssen Calendar Quarter means a quarter based on the Johnson & Johnson Universal Calendar for that quarter; provided, however, that (a) the first Janssen Calendar Quarter of the Term shall begin on the Effective Date and extend until the end of such Janssen Calendar Quarter and (b) the last Janssen Calendar Quarter of the Term shall begin on the first day of such Janssen Calendar Quarter and end on the effective date of the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
