Jackson Senior Notes Indentures means, collectively, the 2023 Jackson Senior Notes Indenture, the 2024 Jackson Senior Notes Indenture, and the 2025 Jackson Senior Notes Indenture.

  • Senior Notes Indentures means, collectively, the 2024 Senior Notes Indentures and the 2026 Senior Notes Indentures.

  • Existing Senior Notes Indentures means, the indentures governing the Existing Senior Notes, each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture for the Senior Notes, dated March 7, 2011, between the Borrower and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced or refinanced to the extent not prohibited by this Agreement.

  • New Senior Notes Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the New Senior Notes shall be issued.

  • Existing Senior Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of October 9, 2015, as amended or supplemented, governing the Existing Senior Notes.

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indenture, the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures and the indentures governing the Legacy CSC Senior Notes each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of February 1, 2008 pursuant to which the Senior Unsecured Notes were issued, among HOC and certain of its subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof.

  • Unsecured Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of July 31, 2015, by and among the Borrower and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee.

  • Subordinated Notes Indenture means that certain Subordinated Debenture Indenture between DH (f/k/a NGC Corporation) and First National Bank of Chicago, as Debenture Trustee, dated as of May 28, 1997 (as amended, restated and supplemented through the Petition Date).

  • Secured Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of May 29, 2013, among the Borrower, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto from time to time and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, governing the Secured Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • New Notes Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Notes Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the cash interest and interest rate step-up provisions and the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).

  • Existing Notes Indenture the Indenture between The ServiceMaster Company Limited Partnership, as issuer, and ServiceMaster Limited Partnership, as guarantor, and the Existing Notes Trustee, dated as of August 15, 1997, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture thereto, between The ServiceMaster Company Limited Partnership, as issuer, and ServiceMaster Limited Partnership, as guarantor, dated as of August 15, 1997, the Second Supplemental Indenture thereto, between the Borrower, as successor by merger to The ServiceMaster Company Limited Partnership and ServiceMaster Limited Partnership, and the Existing Notes Trustee, dated as of January 1, 1998, the Third Supplemental Indenture thereto, between the Borrower and the Existing Notes Trustee, dated as of March 2, 1998 and the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, between the Borrower and the Existing Notes Trustee, dated as of August 10, 1999.

  • Convertible Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of May 31, 2001, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of February 20, 2002, among Foster Wheeler Ltd., Foster Wheeler LLC, as guarantor, and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as trustee.

  • Senior Secured Notes Indenture means the indenture among the Borrower, as issuer, the guarantors listed therein and the trustee referred to therein pursuant to which the Senior Secured Notes are issued, as such indenture may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Second Lien Notes Indenture means that certain indenture, dated as of June 7, 2019, by and among the Notes Issuers, the guarantors party thereto, and the Second Lien Notes Trustee.

  • First Lien Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of March 15, 2019, by and among Frontier, as issuer, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as collateral agent, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.

  • Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of July 17, 2012, under which the Senior Subordinated Notes were issued, among the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as in effect on the Closing Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.

  • Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

  • Notes Indenture has the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement of this Agreement.

  • Senior Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by Holdings, the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by Holdings, the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith.

  • 2014 Indenture means the indenture dated as of January 28, 2009 between the Republic of Indonesia, as issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, as amended by the first supplemental indenture dated as of January 5, 2010 and second supplemental indenture dated as of June 21, 2014;

  • Senior Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Senior Unsecured Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and Avis Budget Finance in connection with the issuance of the Senior Unsecured Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower, Avis Budget Finance and any other Subsidiary of the Borrower in connection therewith.

  • Senior Notes Trustee means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, together with its permitted successors and assigns.

  • Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 5, 2009, among the Issuers, the Note Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, principal paying agent, transfer agent and registrar, as amended, extended, restructured, renewed, refunded, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;

  • New Securities Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the interest rate step-up provisions will be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).
