IP Class. A Class of Stripped Giant CertiÑcates which is entitled to payment of a portion of the principal and interest payments received on the Assets. MACS or ModiÑable And Combinable Securities: Stripped Giant CertiÑcates designated by Xxxxxxx Mac as MACS, which are issuable in many Classes that are exchangeable for other Classes of the same Series.
