Existing Class definition
Existing Class means any Existing Term Loan Class and any Existing Revolving Credit Class.
Existing Class means a Class of Existing Term Loans or a Class of Existing Revolving Credit Commitments.
Existing Class shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.17.
