Interment Rights Holder definition

Interment Rights Holder means any person designated to hold the right to inter human remains in a specified lot.

Interment Rights Holder means the person who holds the interment rights with respect to a lot, whether the person be the purchaser of the rights, the person named in the Certificate of Interment Rights or such other person to whom the Interment Rights have been assigned;

Interment Rights Holder means a person with interment rights with respect to a lot and includes a purchaser of interment rights under the Cemeteries Act.

• If, in the opinion of the Director, a picture, etching or photograph is not in keeping with the dignity and decorum of the cemetery, they may have such inscription removed at the cost of the Interment Rights Holder or their heir or representative.
