Interim Report Due Date definition

Interim Report Due Date means (a) with respect to each Daily Interim Report, no later than 12:00 p.m. (New York City time) on each Business Day and (b) with respect to each Weekly Interim Report, no later than 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the first Business Day of each calendar week.
Interim Report Due Date means (a) with respect to a Liquidity Report, the Liquidity Report Due Date, (b) with respect to a Transaction Report, the Transaction Report Due Date and (c) with respect to each Obligor Cancellation Report, the Obligor Cancellation Report Due Date.

  • Interim Report means a report identifying the contributions received and

  • C/D Assessment Rate for any day as applied to any ABR Loan, the annual assessment rate in effect on such day which is payable by a member of the Bank Insurance Fund maintained by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "FDIC") classified as well-capitalized and within supervisory subgroup "B" (or a comparable successor assessment risk classification) within the meaning of 12 C.F.R. Section 327.4 (or any successor provision) to the FDIC (or any successor) for the FDIC's (or such successor's) insuring time deposits at offices of such institution in the United States.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Monthly Form 8-K As defined in Section 3.22(a).

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,i.e. December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.
