Intercompany Document definition

Intercompany Document means in relation to any Chargor, any agreement with any other member of the Group under which the aggregate consideration payable at anytime is in excess of £250,000.
Intercompany Document means (a) the Intercompany Note, (b) the MJL Note, (c) the Holdings / MJL Term Loan Agreement, (d) the Holdings / Taisil July 2013 Term Loan Agreement, (e) the Holdings / Taisil December 2013 Term Loan Agreement, (f) the Borrower / MEMC Italy Term Loan Agreement and (g) any other promissory note or loan agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Company Documents means (i) all Subject Instruments and (ii) all other contracts, indentures, mortgages, deeds of trust, loan or credit agreements, bonds, notes, debentures, evidences of indebtedness, swap agreements, hedging agreements, leases or other instruments or agreements to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a party or by which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is bound or to which any of the property or assets of the Company or any of its subsidiaries is subject.

  • Intercompany Receivables means all account, note or loan payables and all advances (cash or otherwise) or any other extensions of credit that are receivable by Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the Bank or the Transferred Subsidiaries) from the Bank or the Transferred Subsidiaries.
