Instant Transfers definition

Instant Transfers means functionality, to the extent made available by us, that uses Payment Networks designed to transfer funds on the same day or sooner between your Account(s) that you maintain with us on the one hand, and your Account(s) that are maintained by other financial institutions, on the other hand. Instant Transfers are only available for financial institutions and applicable Accounts that enabled to send and receive such Instant Transfers. Not all financial institutions and/or Accounts are available to participate in Instant Transfers. Instant Transfers are not instantaneous. Payment delivery speed may vary based upon the funds availability policy of each financial institution, Payment Network availability, or other factors. Instant Transfers are included in the definition of “Service”.

Examples of Instant Transfers in a sentence

  • Eligible debit cards include Visa debit cards that participate in Instant Transfers.

  • Instant Transfers may not be cancelled as the Transfer Instructions will be processed immediately.

  • We shall not be obligated to comply with the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) Rules in such recovery efforts or otherwise in connection with Instant Transfers unless the applicable transaction is transmitted through the ACH network.

  • The Instant Transfers feature allows for transfers to and from External Accounts that are enabled through a Payment Network designed to deliver transfers on the same day and potentially within minutes, although actual speed will vary, as described below.

  • Managing balance in your Revolut account Local laws and regulations require Revolut to ensure that balances in Revolut accounts be used for making payments, Instant Transfers, sending money to bank accounts or withdrawal of cash.

  • Eligible debit cards include Visa and MasterCard debit that participate in Instant Transfers.

  • Instant Transfers to eligible banks and debit cards are typically completed in minutes.

  • Managing balance in your Revolut account Local laws and regulations require Revolut to ensure that balances in Revolut accounts be used for exchange transactions including making payments, Instant Transfers (transfers between Revolut accounts), and sending money to bank accounts.

  • You will not be able to go online or use the PayPal Prepaid Mobile App to access balance information, your transaction history, PayPal Instant Transfers, rewards programs offered in connection with your Card Account, and the optional savings account unless you link a PayPal Account to this Card Account.

Related to Instant Transfers

  • Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employment to which the Employment Regulations applies;

  • Relevant Transfer Date means, in relation to a Relevant Transfer, the date upon which the Relevant Transfer takes place;

  • Permitted Warrant Transaction means any call option, warrant or right to purchase (or substantively equivalent derivative transaction) on the Borrower’s or a Parent Company’s common equity sold by the Borrower or a Parent Company substantially concurrently with a related Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction.

  • Designated Payment/Transfer Office means (i) with respect to the initial Paying Agent/Registrar named herein, its office in Dallas, Texas, or at such other location designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar and (ii) with respect to any successor Paying Agent/Registrar, the office of such successor designated and located as may be agreed upon by the City and such successor.

  • Relevant Transaction has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Subsequent Transfer Instrument Each subsequent transfer instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form of Exhibit L, by which Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.

  • Subsequent Transfer Instrument: Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, by which Subsequent Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.

  • Significant Transaction means a transaction which meets any one of the tests below:

  • Document Transfer Event As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Subsequent Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.06(b).

  • Subsequent Transfer Agreement A Subsequent Transfer Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit P hereto, executed and delivered by the Sellers, the Depositor and the Trustee as provided in Section 2.01(d).

  • LIBOR Successor Rate Conforming Changes means, with respect to any proposed LIBOR Successor Rate, any conforming changes to the definition of Base Rate, Interest Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters as may be appropriate, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, to reflect the adoption of such LIBOR Successor Rate and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent determines that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or that no market practice for the administration of such LIBOR Successor Rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent determines in consultation with the Borrower).

  • Securitization Transfer The sale or transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans to a trust or other entity as part of a publicly-issued or privately-placed, rated or unrated mortgage pass-through or other mortgage-backed securities transaction.

  • Post-Event Transferee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(e) hereof.

  • Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.

  • Commitment Transfer Supplement means a document in the form of Exhibit 15.3 hereto, properly completed and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Agent by which the Purchasing Lender purchases and assumes a portion of the obligation of Lenders to make Advances under this Agreement.

  • Permitted Asset Swap means the concurrent purchase and sale or exchange of Related Business Assets or a combination of Related Business Assets and cash or Cash Equivalents between the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary and another Person; provided that any cash or Cash Equivalents received must be applied in accordance with Section 10.4.

  • Asset Transfer means a sale, lease, exclusive license or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.

  • Exempt Transfer means, in relation to shares held by a member:

  • Private Placement Transaction means a “limited offering” as defined from time to time in Rule 17j-l under the 1940 Act or any applicable successor provision. Currently, this means an offering exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933 pursuant to Section 4(2) or 4(6) or Rule 504, 505 or 506 under that Act, including hedge funds.

  • LIBOR Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • Servicing Transfer Event means any of the events specified in the Servicing Agreement, whereby the servicing of the Mortgage Loan is required to be transferred to the Special Servicer from the Master Servicer.

  • Replacement Transaction means, with respect to any Terminated Transaction or group of Terminated Transactions, a transaction or group of transactions that (i) would have the effect of preserving for Party B the economic equivalent of any payment or delivery (whether the underlying obligation was absolute or contingent and assuming the satisfaction of each applicable condition precedent) by the parties under Section 2(a)(i) in respect of such Terminated Transaction or group of Terminated Transactions that would, but for the occurrence of the relevant Early Termination Date, have been required after that Date, and (ii) has terms which are substantially the same as this Agreement, including, without limitation, rating triggers, Regulation AB compliance, and credit support documentation, save for the exclusion of provisions relating to Transactions that are not Terminated Transaction, as determined by Party B in its sole discretion, acting in a commercially reasonable manner.

  • Restricted Payment Transaction means any Restricted Payment permitted pursuant to Section 409, any Permitted Payment, any Permitted Investment, or any transaction specifically excluded from the definition of the term “Restricted Payment” (including pursuant to the exception contained in clause (i) and the parenthetical exclusions contained in clauses (ii) and (iii) of such definition).

  • Pre-Event Transferee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(e) hereof.

  • Permitted Securitization Transaction Any financing transaction undertaken by the Seller or an Affiliate of the Seller that is secured, directly or indirectly, by the Collateral or any portion thereof or any interest therein, including any sale, lease, whole loan sale, asset securitization, secured loan or other transfer.
