Permitted Warrant Transaction definition

Permitted Warrant Transaction means any call option, warrant or right to purchase (or substantively equivalent derivative transaction) on the Borrower’s common stock sold by the Borrower substantially concurrently with any purchase by the Borrower of a related Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction.
Permitted Warrant Transaction means any call option, warrant or right to purchase (or substantively equivalent derivative transaction) on the Company’s common stock sold by the Company substantially concurrently with any purchase by the Company of a related Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction.
Permitted Warrant Transaction means any call option, warrant or right to purchase (or substantively equivalent derivative transaction) on Parent’s common stock sold by Parent substantially concurrently with any purchase of a related Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction.
