INK Agreement definition

INK Agreement means the Amended and Restated Development and License Agreement, dated December 24, 2012, as amended, by and between INFI and Intellikine LLC (“INK”), as may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted by this Agreement.

Examples of INK Agreement in a sentence

  • INFI shall be responsible for making all payments owed to INK on INFI’s Qualifying Transaction Revenue (as defined in the INK Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the INK Agreement.
