Initial Undeveloped Strips means small strips
Initial Undeveloped Strips means small strips of unleased land located between individual lots in the Initial Leased Tract and small parcels of land between the Initial Leased Tract and Roads that the Authority determines in its sole discretion to include in a sale of all or any portion of the Initial Leased Tract.

  • Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.
