Initial First Lien Documents definition

Initial First Lien Documents means the Initial First Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Initial First Lien Credit Agreement and any other document or agreement entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the Initial First Lien Obligations.

  • Additional First Lien Documents means, with respect to any Additional First Lien Obligations, the notes, indentures, credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents and other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness and the Liens securing such Indebtedness, including the Additional First Lien Security Documents and each other agreement entered into for the purpose of securing the Additional First Lien Obligations.

  • First Lien Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the First Lien Obligations, including, without limitation, this Indenture and the First Lien Security Documents.
