Initial Certificate definition

Initial Certificate means the initial certificate authorized by Section 3.4 of this Ordinance.
Initial Certificate means the Initial Certificate authorized by Section 6(d).

  • As noted on the Initial Certificate and Certificate of Insurance the Underwriter shall not be liable for the first part of any payment made in respect of a valid claim under the Policy for a Housing Unit.

More Definitions of Initial Certificate

Initial Certificate means the initial certificate described in Sections 3.04(d) and 6.02(e) of this Ordinance.
Initial Certificate. Any Amortizing Class Certificate or Residual Class Certificate to be originally issued, authenticated and delivered pursuant to this Agreement on the Closing Date.
