Public Accounts definition

Public Accounts means the Funds and any outside private accounts for which Adviser serves as investment adviser and in which Adviser (and persons associated with Adviser) has no ownership interest, direct or indirect (other than as a shareholder of the Funds).
Public Accounts means the Consolidated Account, special deposit accounts, deposit accounts, accounts of money deposited by the Treasurer with SAFA, imprest accounts and all other accounts shown in the general ledger;
Public Accounts means the accounts referred to in section 67;

More Definitions of Public Accounts

Public Accounts. - means the Public Accounts of State referred to in Article 266(2) of the Constitution. The receipts and disbursements such as deposits, reserve funds, remittances etc which do not form part of the Consolidated Fund of the State are included in the Public Account of State. Disbursements from the Public Account are not subject to vote by the Assembly, as they are not moneys issued out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.
Public Accounts means all accounts required under this Act to be kept by public bodies in respect of transactions involving assets or liabilities of the Republic;
