Hussmann Plan definition

Hussmann Plan means the Hussmann Corporation Retirement Savings Plan for Salaried Employees.

  • Effective January 1, 1998, or, if later, the date a Participant becomes a Hussmann Participant, the assets and liabilities for each Hussmann Participant shall be transferred to the Hussmann Plan based upon the Unit Value thereof as of the close of the last Business Day in 1997, or, if later, the Business Day immediately preceding the date a Participant becomes a Hussmann Participant.

The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.
