HSBC Credit Card definition

HSBC Credit Card means the credit card issued by us (whether as primary card or additional card) in plastic card form of such type and/or card scheme designated by us from time to time. Mobile Credit Card means a digital version of your HSBC Credit Card which you store in the Mobile Wallet of your Eligible Device.
HSBC Credit Card means HSBC Premier World Mastercard Credit Card issued in Malaysia.
HSBC Credit Card means a credit card issued by us (whether as primary card or additional card) to which your Private Label Card is linked. Private Label Card means an in-house credit card issued by us in association with a designated merchant or organisation. The credit card is specially designed and bears on its face the brand or name (or both) of the designated merchant or organisation in the place of or in addition to our brand or name. Private Label Card Transaction means each transaction effected by using your Private Label Card. we, us, our means The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and its successors and assigns. you or your means the person to whom we issue an HSBC Credit Card.   • You may be providing your personal data and HSBC Credit Card information and transaction details to the Mobile Wallet Provider by registering, storing and using the Mobile Credit Card in your Mobile Wallet.

  • You may need to agree separate terms with the Mobile Wallet Provider, which govern the registration and storage of your HSBC Credit Card in the Mobile Wallet and the use of the Mobile Wallet (including the use of any data you provide to the Mobile Wallet Provider).

  • All Mobile Credit Card Transactions will be billed to card statement of the HSBC Credit Card.

  • Your Mobile Credit Card or Mobile Wallet may also be subject to certain transaction limits (for example, payment amount) imposed by retailers or payment terminals which do not normally apply to your HSBC Credit Card.

  • HSBC Credit Card means the credit card issued by us (whether as primary card or additional card) in plastic card form of such type and/or card scheme designated by us from time to time.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Credit/Debit Card means a thin plastic card that contains identification information, with the help of which the cardholder can pay for purchases and services, as well as withdraw cash from the account.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Seller credit card means either of the following:

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s or Guarantor’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • HSBC means HSBC Auto Finance, Inc., HSBC Auto Credit Inc., HSBC Auto Accounts Inc. and certain affiliates of such entities.

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Credit Card Agreement means each form of credit card agreement between Seller and an Accountholder, including credit card agreements assigned to Seller pursuant to any purchase agreement, governing the use of an Account, together with any amendments, modifications, supplements, notices, disclosures, exhibits, annexes or attachments which now or hereafter may be made to or in connection with such Credit Card Agreement (and any replacement of such agreement).

  • GE Capital means General Electric Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Bank of America Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated January 4, 2011, among the Borrower, Bank of America and MLPFS.

  • Banking Product Obligations means, as applied to any Person, any direct or indirect liability, contingent or otherwise, of such Person in respect of any treasury, depository and cash management services, netting services and automated clearing house transfers of funds services, including obligations for the payment of fees, interest, charges, expenses, attorneys’ fees and disbursements in connection therewith.

  • KeyBank means KeyBank National Association.

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Borrower from a credit card payment processor and/or credit card issuer, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Borrower, and (ii) is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (k) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Borrower as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Borrower may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a credit card payment processor, or credit card issuer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Any Credit Card Receivables meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Credit Card Receivables but only as long as such Credit Card Receivable is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Credit Card Receivable shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:

  • UK Financial Institution means any BRRD Undertaking (as such term is defined under the PRA Rulebook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Prudential Regulation Authority) or any person falling within IFPRU 11.6 of the FCA Handbook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, which includes certain credit institutions and investment firms, and certain affiliates of such credit institutions or investment firms.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Citibank means Citibank, N.A.

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.
