Eligible Device definition

Eligible Device means a Device supplied to you:
Eligible Device means a device with a camera or other functionality or feature capable of capturing and transmitting images, approved by us for the Remote Deposit Capture Services.
Eligible Device means any device, including a Required Device, that is associated with your Apple ID, has internet access and has a version of iOS that supports the use of Apple Card in your Apple Wallet, or has a version of iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS that supports the use of Apple Card.

Examples of Eligible Device in a sentence

  • We assume no responsibility for defects, failures or incompatibility of any equipment used in connection with the Remote Deposit Capture Service, whether or not it is an Eligible Device, or any third party software you may need to use the equipment or the Remote Deposit Capture Services.

  • To use the Remote Deposit Capture Service, you must obtain and maintain an Eligible Device and all other hardware and software it requires, at your own expense.

  • The Credit Union’s Remote Deposit Capture Services are designed to allow you to make Eligible Item deposits to your Credit Union checking, savings, or money market savings accounts using an Eligible Device (as defined below) to transmit item images and deposit information to us.


More Definitions of Eligible Device

Eligible Device means any mobile device with a camera acceptable to Credit Union, which provides for the capture of images from original items and for transmission through a clearing process.
Eligible Device means the wireless device that We have designated as eligible for service under the Device Protection Plan Contract as set forth in the list of Eligible Devices and their device tier available from Us, which can be found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/ or by calling ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.
Eligible Device means a Device either being supplied to you: (a) as new by us and registered at the time of purchase or recontract under your Enterprise Mobile Plan; or (b) by the OEM under warranty to replace a defective Device and the related IMEI details have been recorded by you us StarHub to the satisfaction of us or any of our approved Service Providers, agents or subcontractors in accordance with paragraph 8.13.12.
Eligible Device means the wireless device that We have designated as eligible for service under the Premium Device Protection Plan Contract as set forth in the list of Eligible Devices and their device tier available from Us, which can be found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇ or by calling ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. (3) “Enrollment Date” means the date Your request for enrollment is received by Us or our authorized representative. (4) “Failure” means in the usual and customary usage of the Protected Device, that Protected Device malfunctions or fails to operate due to a defect in parts or workmanship after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period (“Extended Warranty”).
Eligible Device means iPhone devices specified in the Apple Materials as capable of upgrading to the latest and any future versions of iOS (at the time of the adoption of the Commitments, iPhone XS and above).
Eligible Device means a Device supplied to you: (a) as new by Samsung or any of its approved Retail Partners and registered in the Program at the time of purchase or transfer; or (b) as a Like Mobile Device, pursuant to the Program; (c) by Samsung under warranty or Consumer Guarantee, the details of which (including the IMEI) you have reported to Samsung through the Samsung Care+ Portal.
