Hotel Fund definition

Hotel Fund means, individually or collectively as the context requires, Xxxxxxxxx Real Estate Fund IV, L.P. and Xxxxxxxxx Real Estate Co-Investment Partnership IV, L.P.
Hotel Fund means L’Auberge de Sonoma Resort Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
